Municipal waste collection and removal for Ocaña I Prison in 2027

Summary

The contract covers the collection of municipal solid waste generated at Ocaña I Prison in 2027 and its transport to a legally authorised landfill or treatment facility. Waste must be collected once a week at a time set by the prison, using a waste compactor with a container-turning device and sufficient capacity; additional collections must be made if needed. The estimated annual quantity is 275 tonnes and 68 m³, and the compactor capacity is 25 m³. The contractor must transport the waste using its own resources, maintain and repair the compactor, and clean, disinfect and, when necessary, replace the containers. Five 800-litre containers must be provided to the prison at the start of the contract. Collections must always take place at the same time and be carried out by the same personnel. The contractor must report collection dates and the volume and weight of the waste. The contract runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027, with no extension. Each additional compliant 800-litre container offered earns one point, up to a maximum of 5 points. The bidder must submit a responsible declaration and a price offer, and provide a copy of civil liability insurance covering at least EUR 150,000 when the contract is formalised. Separate proof of economic or technical capacity is not required.
