Cleaning service for the Economic and Finance Delegation office in Ibiza

Summary

The procurement is for comprehensive cleaning of the 249.01 m² office of the Economic and Finance Delegation in Ibiza, at C/ Madrid 64, during 2027. One cleaner will work for two hours each weekday afternoon; interior and exterior windows will be cleaned for two hours per month. The bid must include cleaning supplies and equipment, rubbish bags, toilet paper, hand-drying towels and hand soap. Environmentally friendly products must be used. The contractor must take over the current cleaner’s employment relationship and observe the cleaning-sector collective agreement. The contractor must also have at least two additional support cleaners on Ibiza who can attend with the necessary materials within three hours of a request for extraordinary cleaning; such additional cleaning will be paid for separately. The contract runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027. The estimated value is €10,174.50 excluding VAT, and the tender budget is €12,311.15 including 21% VAT. Price is worth 75 points; up to 25 points are available for offering free annual hours for extraordinary cleaning, up to a maximum of 25 hours.
