The contract covers the comprehensive cleaning of all rooms, facilities and furnishings of the Economy and Finance Delegation office at Avenida de Menorca 92, 96 and 98 in Maó, Menorca, Spain. The premises cover 290 m². The contract runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027. One worker must clean the office for two hours each weekday afternoon; interior and exterior windows must be cleaned for two hours once a month. The offer must also include cleaning materials, rubbish bags, toilet paper, hand-drying towels and hand soap, and cleaning must use environmentally friendly products. For an extraordinary cleaning request, the contractor must have at least two additional support workers available on Menorca who can arrive with the necessary materials within three hours.
