Street and public-space cleaning services in Benahadux

Summary

The tender covers cleaning the streets, squares and other outdoor public spaces of Benahadux for two years, provisionally from 3 February 2027 to 4 February 2029. The work includes manual and mechanical sweeping, washing and watering streets and squares, emptying and cleaning litter bins, maintaining tree pits and removing weeds, removing graffiti and stains, clearing animal waste and minor litter, cleaning after the weekly market and events, and carrying out exceptional cleaning. Round-the-clock readiness is required for urgent incidents, and 400 hours per year are allocated to special services. The service covers the whole municipality, including pedestrian areas, cycle paths, recreation areas, public spaces outside the urban area and roads serving them. Tenderers must plan the cleaning method and frequency for each street and area, as well as working hours, staff and equipment, and submit a technical plan of no more than 20 A4 pages. Minimum equipment includes road and pavement sweepers, a support vehicle, blowers, sweeping carts, washing equipment and personal protective equipment. Offers are assessed on price, proposed improvements, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates, proximity of the operating base and the technical plan. Price carries up to 55 points; the estimated contract value excluding VAT is €155,546.70. Participation requires evidence of financial and technical capacity, an electronically submitted offer in three signed parts, and provision for taking over three existing employees. Specific competence and subcontracting restrictions apply to pest-control work.
