Cleaning services for five fire and rescue stations in Álava

Summary

The contract is for cleaning services at five fire and rescue stations in Álava: Laguardia, Agurain, Santa Cruz de Campezo, Llodio and Espejo. The work includes routine cleaning of rooms and surfaces, cleaning toilets and changing rooms, collecting and removing waste separately by type, and replenishing hygiene supplies. Cleaning must follow the tasks and frequencies set out in the tender documents; no station may go more than two consecutive days without cleaning. The minimum workload is 15.75 hours per week over five days at Espejo; 12.5 hours over five days at Agurain; 12.5 hours over five days at Campezo; 14 hours over three days at Laguardia; and 15 hours over five days at Llodio, plus one additional hour on one day per week. Bidders must submit a Cleaning Plan describing the team, work organisation and shifts, tasks and frequencies, proposed machinery and cleaning products, and quality-control arrangements. The minimum technical team must include a product technician or service inspector, a contract commercial manager and an administrative manager. The contractor must maintain an office in the Historical Territory of Álava throughout contract performance. The successful bidder must provide documents supporting its staff, occupational safety arrangements and employment records, and submit monthly evidence of Social Security contributions and salary transfers.
