Cleaning services for CCAM premises in Barcelona in 2027

Summary

The procurement covers environmentally considerate cleaning and disinfection services in the Barcelona premises of the Consorci de Comerç, Artesania i Moda de Catalunya (CCAM), at 11 Banys Nous Street, for 2027. The premises comprise approximately 713.1 m² of office, storage and exhibition space. The service includes daily cleaning and disinfection, periodic deep cleaning, window cleaning, waste sorting and removal, and the supply of hygiene consumables and cleaning products. On weekdays, service must be provided for at least 3 hours between 7:30 and 9:00 by a two-person team; on weekends and public holidays, at least 2 hours between 10:00 and 12:00. No service is required on the four days when the premises are closed: 1 January, 6 January, 25 December and 26 December. The contract runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027 and may be extended for all of 2028. The estimated 2027 volume is 972 hours at a unit price of EUR 25 per hour excluding VAT.
