Coordination and control of activities at the La Solana coworking centre

Summary

The tender covers the day-to-day coordination and control of La Solana, the municipal coworking centre in Torrelodones. The contractor must provide full-time daily management, inform users, administer the use and booking of workstations and rooms, supervise the building and equipment, control access and keys, and support the organisation of meetings, training sessions and events. The centre must normally open Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 20:30, except public holidays; on 24 and 31 December and throughout August, opening hours are 8:30 to 14:30. The service is due to start on 1 October 2026. The contract runs for one year and may be extended once for a further year; it is not divided into lots. The estimated tender budget is €52,607.32 including VAT, and the estimated total contract value including the possible extension is €86,954.24 excluding VAT. Price is worth up to 90 points. Up to 10 points are available for improvements: up to 5 points for features of a coworking-space management platform, and 0.5 points per additional non-school day opened, up to 10 days. The cost of improvements must be included in the tender price. Participation requires minimum annual turnover of €130,431.36 and at least €60,867.97 in comparable services. The tenderer must commit to providing sufficient staff and resources; electronic submission, civil-liability insurance with €600,000 cover and, upon award, a guarantee of 5% of the contract value excluding VAT are also required.
