Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of valuation and appraisal reports for real estate assets owned by Sociedad Estatal de Promoción Industrial y Desarrollo Empresarial, E.P.E. and its subsidiaries across different autonomous communities. Reports must generally follow the latest RICS professional valuation standards (Red Book), the International Valuation Standards and IFRS; specific appraisal reports may also be required under Order ECO/805/2003. The initial term is one year, with up to three one-year extensions. The estimated value is EUR 214,816 excluding VAT, and the initial budget is EUR 53,704 excluding VAT. The contract is awarded solely on price. Offers must be submitted electronically in Spanish, with official translations where applicable. The bidder must submit the required European Single Procurement Document, legal documentation, technical references and a price offer using the prescribed unit-price tables. Unit prices may not exceed the stated maximums, and the executive report price may not exceed 60% of the equivalent full report price, with a minimum 40% discount. The bidder must also commit a qualified valuation team director with suitable official education, at least 10 years of experience in RICS valuations and MRICS accreditation.
