Office software licences and IT systems maintenance for the Málaga Municipal Waste Consortium

Summary

The Málaga Provincial Consortium for Municipal Solid Waste Management is procuring office software licences and maintenance and support for its IT systems for 24 months. The licences comprise 40 Exchange Online Plan 1, 36 Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise, 4 Microsoft 365 Business Basic and 4 Microsoft 365 Copilot subscriptions, plus one AnyDesk Standard licence, 6 Acrobat Standard DC for teams licences, renewal of 3 domains and one SSL certificate. Licences must be compatible with Citrix. Their active quantities may change during the contract according to need, and only licences active during the invoiced month will be billed. The maintenance service includes a priced allowance of 180 support hours per year, available remotely or on site during 8 × 5 service hours. Support covers email, Fortigate firewalls, Fortinet network equipment, Extreme Networks and Ubiquiti Wi-Fi, physical servers running Windows Server 2003 or later, and other hardware and software issues. Work also includes installation, maintenance and changes to workplace hardware and software, setting up new workstations, replacing PCs and email support. Online requests must be attended to within 2 hours and on-site visits within 24 hours. Compliance is measured monthly, with penalties of 5% or 10% of the monthly support-hours charge. The contractor must use a time-tracking system accessible to the consortium and provide a monthly report listing incidents and time spent with its invoice. The contract is not divided into lots. The estimated value is EUR 42,881.60 excluding VAT and EUR 51,886.74 including VAT. Bids must itemise prices for the licences and support. Price accounts for up to 85 points, with up to 15 additional points for environmental and security credentials. To participate, a bidder must be at least a Microsoft Partner, demonstrate experience installing Fortigate firewalls and Wi-Fi platforms, and provide a suitably experienced and knowledgeable team. The bidder must be registered with ROLECE or provide proof of an application for registration. Under this procedure, evidence of financial and technical capacity is waived.
