Lease of Casa Balcón de Pilatos for hospitality and accommodation

Summary

The tender leases Casa Balcón de Pilatos, a building owned by the Municipality of Dílar at Calle de la Iglesia 5, for 10 years. The furnished and equipped property is to be used as a bar, café, restaurant and hostel, and may also host events related to tourism, education, gastronomy and learning about the local environment and nature. By express agreement of both parties, the lease may be extended twice for five years, up to a maximum total term of 20 years. The minimum rent is EUR 500 per month, or EUR 6,000 per year, plus VAT (the documents state a current rate of 21%); bidders may offer a higher rent. Offers must be submitted electronically within 15 calendar days of publication of the contract notice. Civil liability insurance of at least EUR 100,000 is required, and the successful bidder must provide a security deposit equal to two months' rent plus VAT when the contract is signed. No provisional guarantee is required.
