Support and maintenance of the RedIRIS SIR federation software

Summary

The procurement covers official support and maintenance for the adAS SSO and adAS Fed software underpinning RedIRIS’s SIR identity federation. The service includes technical support, corrective, preventive and evolutionary maintenance, patches and updates, and functional improvements. Software licences are not being purchased or renewed. The contract runs for 36 months, with a maximum value of €92,000 excluding applicable indirect taxes (€111,320 including 21% VAT). It is conducted as a negotiated procedure without prior publication; bidders must submit one offer with no alternatives or variants. Evaluation assigns 70% to price and 30% to a technical criterion: additional points are available for making a specialist available during up to two software updates per year carried out by Red.es. Bidders must demonstrate annual turnover of at least €46,000 and experience with comparable software maintenance services. Contract performance also includes data-protection training and at least one specified social measure.
