Sale of municipal land for protected housing on Montes Torozos Street

Summary

The City of Valladolid is selling two municipally owned residential plots, together with the buildings on them, through an open procedure. The plots are on Montes Torozos Street: PR 02 at numbers 2 and 4, and PR 03 at number 6. Their planned use is residential, and the documents identify the sale's purpose as enabling the construction of publicly protected housing for sale or rent. The plots are separate lots; bidders may bid for either or both, and one bidder may be awarded both.
