Design, development, supply and installation of an interactive digital model of the Port of the Bay of Cádiz

The tender seeks a physical-digital interactive model presenting the Port of the Bay of Cádiz, including its concept and design, content, technology, manufacture, transport, installation and commissioning. The model must explain the port’s infrastructure, operations and logistics, historical development, relationship with the city, and future development plans. The bidder must demonstrate the required economic and technical capacity: annual turnover of at least €81,000 in its best financial year among the last three, and experience delivering similar supplies during the last three years. The bid must include the required technical description, preliminary design, illustrations, interactive-experience description, audiovisual proposal, schedule and project-team details. The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee of 5% and maintain civil-liability insurance of at least €150,000 per claim and per insurance year throughout the contract.
