Renovation of the CEIP Ramón Cuesta school toilets 2026

Summary

The contract covers the complete renovation of the toilets and the gym changing and shower facilities at CEIP Ramón Cuesta school in Santa Pola. The works include renewing sanitary fittings, taps, appliance connections and drainage, lighting and accessible electrical fittings, three electric water heaters, and an aerothermal system serving the showers and radiators in the external changing rooms. Damaged radiators, windows, toilet cubicles, wall and floor finishes, and rainwater downpipes in the external changing-room building will also be replaced. The works are to take four months and must be organised so the school can remain operational and essential toilets remain available. The estimated price is €249,873.90 excluding VAT and €302,347.42 including VAT. The contract is not divided into lots, and alternatives to the design are not permitted. Offers will be assessed on price (50 points), specified no-cost improvements (20), extended warranties (15) and work organisation (15). Bidders must submit the required qualification evidence, a work schedule and phasing plan, and a commitment to their proposed work arrangements.
