Acquisition of a Cybersecurity Training Platform

Summary

The procurement concerns a Software-as-a-Service cybersecurity awareness and training platform for up to 500 users for three years, including the platform license and the following services and functionalities: implementation, configuration and initial setup; configuration of the organizational structure (departments, units, groups and profiles); integration with Microsoft Entra ID or Active Directory, enabling automatic user synchronization and authentication where applicable; setup of initial awareness campaigns; configuration of phishing simulation campaigns; technical training for platform administrators; functional training for platform managers; and ongoing technical support and evolutive and corrective maintenance.
