Digitalisation services for the Vilnius Tourism Information Center

Summary

The tender concerns digitalisation services for the Vilnius Tourism Information Center. The supplier is expected to provide project management and implementation including software development, design and production of interactive and audiovisual content, video mapping solutions, virtual and augmented reality solutions, audioguides and other digital tourism services; it also includes procurement, installation, testing and maintenance of required equipment such as projectors, displays, computing hardware, sound systems, VR/AR devices, and related technologies, with optimization. For each order the client will provide a brief, and the supplier must propose an appropriate concept and implementation plan, and supply necessary goods and technical solutions; prices for third-party goods are paid at actual costs with no supplier profit; the bidder must provide supporting documents.
