Framework Agreement 2026–2028: Measurement, Control and Regulation Systems
Summary
The tender covers ongoing repairs and fault rectification for measurement, control and regulation systems in the buildings and properties of Technische Universität Berlin. The work includes, among other things, supplying, installing, replacing, connecting, testing and commissioning sensors, switching and control modules, cables, low-voltage equipment, frequency converters, control cabinet ventilation, KNX equipment and other automation components. The contract will be concluded as a framework agreement for 2026–2028, with individual works ordered under the agreement. Tenders must be submitted electronically in German by 30 September 2026 at 12:00; the tender must remain binding until 30 October 2026. The ranking of tenders uses the following weightings: 30% for the tender value or uplift/discount on the listed work items, 45% for hourly charge-out rates for work not included in the schedule, and 25% for mark-ups on third-party invoices for supplies and services not included in the schedule. The estimated average net value of an individual order is EUR 600 and the estimated annual net value of works for one framework partner is EUR 29,400; these figures do not guarantee any orders.
