Supervision of Children During School Lunch

Summary

The procurement covers child supervision, care and guidance during the school canteen period at Serra del Benicadell School in Terrateig. One monitor will look after approximately 6–10 children, maintain order, encourage appropriate eating, hygiene and social habits, and report incidents. Food preparation, supply and transport are not included. The service is required on school canteen days, Monday to Friday from 13:00 to 15:00, for 10 hours per week. It is not provided during school holidays, public holidays or days when the canteen is closed. The initial term covers up to 360 hours, with a maximum budget of €7,920, VAT-exempt. Payment is only for hours actually delivered, and the hourly rate must not exceed €22. One expressly agreed extension for an additional school year is possible, also for up to 360 hours; the estimated total contract value including the extension is €15,840. Bids are scored automatically: price earns up to 49 points, at least six months of relevant experience for the nominated monitor earns 26 points, and at least 10 hours of first-aid training earns 25 points. Bidders must submit an electronic bid with a responsible declaration, price offer, and evidence of the claimed experience and training. Before starting work, assigned staff must have food hygiene and handling training appropriate to their duties and a negative certificate from the register of sexual offenders and human traffickers. The bid submission period is ten working days from the day after publication of the contract notice, as stated in the notice.
