Musical performances at the 2026 Our Lady of the Rosary Fair

Summary

The contract covers the organisation of musical performances and entertainment at the Our Lady of the Rosary Fair in Peñarroya-Pueblonuevo from 7 to 12 October 2026. The programme includes performances by Rockopop, Orquesta Roma, Planeta 80, Zona Cover, Long Play, Orquesta Vibraciones and Moliere Show at the municipal fairground pavilion, on specified dates and at specified times. The contractor must ensure the artists and groups appear, install the required instruments and equipment, follow the performance schedule and, if necessary, arrange an equivalent replacement only with the municipality’s prior approval. The estimated contract value is EUR 50,300 excluding VAT; the maximum budget is EUR 60,863 including 21% VAT. This is an urgent negotiated procurement, with an offer sought from the exclusive representative. Negotiations cover the price and the option to extend the minimum performance time at no additional cost. The bidder must prove exclusive representation and meet the turnover and previous-experience requirements. LED or other energy-efficient lighting must be used during the performances.
