Educational and emotional support services for students at risk of dropping out of school

Summary

The tender covers educational and emotional support services for students in grades 3 and 4 of compulsory secondary education who are at risk of dropping out, at four public secondary schools in Mairena del Aljarafe. The contractor will run weekly two-hour workshops for two groups of up to 10–12 students at each school, addressing emotional regulation, social skills, self-control and conflict prevention, with individual support and coordination meetings with schools and the municipal team where needed. The initial term runs from contract signature in September 2026 to 30 June 2027, with a possible nine-month extension for the 2027–2028 school year. The initial term allows for a maximum of 496 hours and has an estimated value of €29,760 excluding VAT; the reference unit price is €60 per hour, and payment is based on hours actually delivered. Bidders must submit the required technical project and demonstrate financial and technical capacity, relevant experience and an appropriately qualified team. Evaluation awards up to 25 points for the technical project, 50 for price and 25 for adding an additional professional who meets the requirements.
