Summary

The tender covers staffing for Christmas events and other events in Torrejón de Ardoz, divided into three lots that may be bid for separately or together. Lot 1 covers dance-based entertainment for children, logistical support and event coordination; Lot 2 covers Christmas-themed children’s performances with an original script, characters and dialogue, together with support and coordination; Lot 3 covers visitor information at the Mágicas Navidades event, with logistical support. Services are planned mainly from November 2026 to January 2027; the contract period is 13 November 2026 to 15 January 2027. The planned volumes are 2,105 hours of entertainment, 663 hours of support and logistics, and 350 hours of coordination for Lot 1; 1,960 performance hours and 280 support and logistics hours for Lot 2; and 4,862 information hours and 299 support and logistics hours for Lot 3. The maximum values including VAT are €67,297.60, €51,478 and €103,040.47 respectively. Bidders must demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity and prior experience at large events with more than 20,000 attendees and at events serving different audiences. The bid must include a general management project describing the company, personnel, specialisms and service organisation. The successful contractor must provide sufficient staff, appoint an event coordinator, and ensure that every employee holds a valid certificate confirming no sexual offences and speaks Spanish. At least 10 workers must be available for urgent work and deployable within 30 hours. Insurance must include at least €50,000 in civil liability cover and at least €30,000 in property-damage cover; after selection, a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the awarded lot’s maximum value excluding VAT is required. Subcontracting is not permitted. The management project is worth up to 30 points. Automatic award criteria account for up to 70 points: price (up to 48), employment of people with disabilities or people at risk of social exclusion (up to 11), and gender-disaggregated staffing statistics for the last two financial years (up to 11). Bids must be submitted electronically in Spanish, with the required declarations, the European Single Procurement Document, the management project and the financial offer. Prices must be provided for every service in each lot bid for.
