COFIDES Communications, Mobility, Digital Workplace and Printing Programme

Summary

COFIDES is procuring four coordinated lots of corporate communications, mobility, digital workplace and printing services for 36 months. Lot 1 covers fixed telephony and a cloud or equivalent corporate phone system, including Microsoft Teams integration and number porting. Lot 2 covers mobile lines, SIM/eSIM and roaming, smartphones, device management, security and VIP support. Lot 3 provides 42 iPads or equivalent devices, with accessories, Workplace services and lifecycle management. Lot 4 is a managed service for six new printing and scanning devices, including secure printing, maintenance and cost accounting. The estimated values excluding VAT are €95,000, €290,000, €55,000 and €52,000 respectively, for a total of €492,000. These are maximum limits, not minimum consumption commitments. Bidders may tender for one or several lots. Participation requires proof of lot-specific turnover, comparable past experience and the required team; for Lots 1 and 2, the telecommunications operator must be duly registered. Offers are evaluated on technical quality, additional experience and price.
