Supply of radiation protection equipment to Consorci Sanitari Integral centres

Summary

The tender covers the four-year supply of radiation protection equipment to the centres of Consorci Sanitari Integral. It comprises three lots: lead protective aprons and skirts in sizes XS–XXL, lead thyroid collars, and lead protective glasses worn over ordinary glasses. Estimated four-year quantities are 16, 28, 28, 24, 20 and 4 aprons and the same quantities of skirts by size; 60 thyroid collars and 36 pairs of protective glasses. Quantities are estimates, and orders may be placed by the buyer’s various centres. The contract runs for four years, with no extension. Bids may cover one or more lots, but each bid must cover the whole lot; combined bids and variants are not permitted. Prices must not exceed the ceiling for a lot or an item: up to €355 per apron or skirt, €75 per thyroid collar and €275 per pair of protective glasses. The tender budget is €99,600 excluding VAT and €120,516 including VAT; the estimated contract value, including modifications of up to 10%, is €109,560 excluding VAT. The lot budgets excluding VAT are €85,200, €4,500 and €9,900 respectively. Bidders must submit technical Annex 2 and product descriptions, references, photographs or drawings, packaging details and, where applicable, safety and MDR/MDD compliance documentation. Compliance with the technical specifications is mandatory. Evaluation awards up to 80 points for the financial offer and up to 20 points for lower protective-equipment weight; weight must be supported by documentation. Deliveries are generally due within eight weeks of an order and must be made on weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to the logistics centres specified in the tender documents. The supplier pays transport costs, the minimum order value may not exceed €150, and defective goods must be replaced at no extra cost. Bidders must meet the financial and technical capacity requirements and submit the required declarations and evidence.
