Police equipment for PEM / UPN

Summary

The tender covers the supply of new police equipment for the naval establishment police and marine corps. It is divided into 13 lots with a total estimated base price of EUR 182,000 excluding VAT: L-grip and expandable batons, Tri-Fold and metal handcuffs, a handcuff cutter, reflective vest, traffic signalling paddle, reflective armbands, a PN identification patch, a tactical signalling flashlight, knuckle-protection gloves, a megaphone and emergency police lighting. Offers must be submitted electronically by 4 October 2026 at 23:59 and kept valid for 66 days. Delivery must be completed within 60 days. The contract is performed in Portugal, with delivery to the NATO ammunition depot in Fernão Ferro under DDP 2024 terms. Price is the only award criterion, no bid guarantee is required, variants are not permitted and no mandatory subcontracting applies. The supplier must provide technically compliant products, accessories, manuals, certificates, testing evidence, setup and acceptance testing, and training in Portugal. The equipment must be suitable for intensive police and military use and meet the specified requirements for durability, environmental protection, interoperability and safety. The supplier must provide at least 10 years of technical and logistical support and a minimum 24-month warranty.
