Management and delivery of workshops under Palafrugell’s Educational Environment Plan

Summary

The procurement covers two lots under Palafrugell’s Educational Environment Plan: (1) organisation, management and delivery of educational support and study-assistance workshops for pupils; and (2) robotics, programming and STEAM workshops at the municipal robotics classroom. Lot 1 workshops run during the school year from November to May, with additional July sessions; Lot 2 workshops run from November to May and in July. The contract lasts 10 months from signature, provisionally from November 2026 to August 2027, with no extensions. The overall ceiling is €44,839.52 excluding VAT (€54,255.82 including VAT). Maximum session prices excluding VAT are €40.43 for Lot 1 type A and July sessions, €51.98 for Lot 1 type B, and €114.56 for Lot 2 type A and July sessions. The contractor must provide suitably qualified workshop staff and a coordinator, cover absences, prepare sessions, supply the required learning materials and equipment, and monitor attendance and service quality. Evaluation also awards points for additional staff training, extra coordinator experience, maintaining specified pay grades and session prices. Tenderers must be registered in RELI or ROLECE, submit the required declarations, and meet the insurance, experience and staff-qualification conditions for the selected lot. Bids are submitted electronically; offers above the session-price ceilings are rejected.
