Scoring covers infrastructure improvements (up to 1 point), service-quality improvements (up to 1.5 points), the proposed monthly fee (up to 4 points), evidenced work experience in hospitality (0.2 points per year, up to 2 points), and an offer of a takeaway menu for vulnerable people from Monday to Sunday (up to 1.5 points). The bidder must demonstrate eligibility and submit the required personal or company documents and declarations.
