Supply of computers and general-purpose IT equipment

Summary

The University of Valencia is procuring a framework agreement for general-purpose computers and IT equipment for its teaching, research and administrative units. Supplies include desktop and laptop computers, monitors, peripherals, components and software licences. The procurement has two lots: equipment using Windows, Android, Chrome OS or Linux, and equipment using macOS or iOS. As a reference, approximately 2,593 orders totalling EUR 2,408,826.74 excluding VAT were placed in 2025. The framework also covers basic equipment setup and, where requested, additional services such as repairs, old-equipment handling and warranty extensions.
