Maintenance of SEPAD Lifts and Elevators
Summary
The Government of Extremadura is procuring preventive and corrective maintenance for the lifts and elevators at centres operated by the Extremadura Service for the Promotion of Autonomy and Care for Dependency (SEPAD). The contract is divided into two lots: 74 listed units in Badajoz province and 40 in Cáceres province; maintenance may also cover up to 15 new units installed during the contract. The service includes inspections, covered repairs and replacement parts, emergency response, and lift communication systems.
