Operation of Lublin’s Christmas and New Year illuminations in the 2026/27 season

The tender concerns the operation of Lublin’s existing Christmas and New Year illuminations for the 2026/27 season. The work includes collecting the illumination components from the city’s warehouse, transporting and installing them, keeping them in proper working order, and later dismantling and returning them to storage. The displays include decorative light rosettes, illuminated gates and installations, Christmas trees measuring 13 m and 8.3 m, and a light fountain. The work is divided into four stages, running from 27 November 2026 to 17 February 2027: installation from 27 November to 3 December 2026; maintenance during display from 4 December 2026 to 31 January 2027; dismantling and return of most components from 1 to 4 February 2027; and maintenance, dismantling and return of the light fountain from 1 to 17 February 2027. Faults or damage to the lighting or its power systems must be repaired within no more than 15 hours. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the proposed repair response time for 40%; a shorter proposed response time earns a higher score under that criterion. Bidders must meet the experience requirement and provide a PLN 2,000 bid guarantee before submitting their bid. The bid submission deadline is 9 October 2026 at 10:00.
