Fuenlabrada University Hospital is procuring cleaning and disinfection services, together with insect and rodent pest control, for the hospital and the El Arroyo Specialty Centre. The scope covers buildings, courtyards, service galleries, stairways, lifts, shared areas, the outdoor car park, furniture and other equipment, as well as the transfer of different types of waste and soiled linen to designated storage locations. The contract runs for 12 months, with a possible 12-month extension, and is not divided into lots. The budget is €4,840,272.68 excluding VAT.
