Specialist support for corrective maintenance of remote-control and automation systems

Summary

The tender seeks specialist technical support for correcting complex faults in ARECIAR’s remote-control and automation systems used in water supply, sewerage and wastewater treatment infrastructure. The work is ordered as needed in two lots: Lot 1 covers GPRS remote-control systems for primary and secondary water-supply networks, up to 400 hours per year and 800 hours over two years; Lot 2 covers automation at wastewater treatment plants and pumping stations, up to 175 hours per year and 350 hours over two years. The overall cap is 575 hours per year and 1,150 hours over two years. No minimum volume is guaranteed; only hours authorised in advance, actually worked and documented are payable. The contractor must independently organise its specialists and equipment; permanent staff presence is not required. The response must begin within 24 hours of a valid service notice, although bidders may offer a shorter time. The hourly price is worth 90 points and response time 10 points. The maximum hourly rate is EUR 71.35 excluding VAT; bids exceeding the tender budget will be rejected. The contract runs for two years with no extension. The estimated value is EUR 82,052.50 excluding VAT and EUR 99,283.53 including VAT. Each lot requires at least one specialist with relevant qualifications and at least five years of relevant experience. Professional and operational liability insurance of at least EUR 500,000 is required. The contractor must submit intervention records and monthly reports and document repair, reuse and waste handling for each intervention. Each corrective intervention is covered by a 12-month warranty.
