Supply and installation of equipment to improve the Boimorto water supply network

Summary

Boimorto Council is seeking the supply, installation, configuration and commissioning of equipment to reduce water losses and improve monitoring, pumping, network sectorisation and remote meter reading. The integrated, single-lot contract covers two pumps, a control panel and a communication and control system at the Prado da Cerva pumping station; a communication and control system at the Monte Boimil pumping station; and two DN80 ultrasonic water meters plus two data-acquisition devices at the Brates and Sendelle sectorisation points. The equipment must be new, compatible and compliant with the technical minimum requirements in the tender documents. The estimated value is €14,876.05 excluding VAT and €18,000.02 including 21% VAT. Delivery, installation and commissioning must be completed within three months, and the minimum warranty is three years. Automatic evaluation awards up to 70 points for price, 20 for response time during contract execution and 10 for response time during the warranty period. Bidders must be registered in ROLECE or the Galician bidders’ register; an application submitted before the bid deadline may also be evidenced with the required documents. The bid must include a signed responsible declaration, a price offer showing VAT separately, and manufacturer documentation proving compliance with every technical minimum requirement. Evidence of financial and technical/professional standing is waived. The bid deadline was extended to 13 October 2026 at 23:59; interested bidders may visit the installation sites by prior arrangement.
