Automation of the Quarterly Economic Accounts Operation

Summary

The contract is for developing and implementing a software solution to automate the Basque statistics institute Eustat’s quarterly economic accounts operation. The contractor must deliver an end-to-end system covering data loading, indicator and macroeconomic calculations, quarterly estimates and publication outputs. The solution must integrate with Eustat’s environment and its SAS, R, Excel, Oracle, Tempdisagg and JDemetra+ tools, support seasonal adjustment, estimation and reconciliation of statistical time series, and provide workflow orchestration, traceability and interactive analytics. A bidder may submit one offer, containing the required technical and financial sections, a work plan and the proposed team, including a project manager. The technical specification sets no minimum turnover or past-reference thresholds; check the tender documents for other formal requirements. The work products will belong to Eustat and must be covered by a one-year warranty; the response time for a failure report must not exceed 24 hours.
