Masó building consolidation and rehabilitation works

Summary

The tender concerns the consolidation and rehabilitation works of the Masó building in Torroella de Montgrí, located at 51 Lluís Companys Avenue. The objective is to structurally, functionally and patrimonially restore the municipal building, built in 1930 and protected as a Local Cultural Asset, and to adapt it for public and administrative uses in line with its heritage protection.
