Construction of warehouses in Gostycyn for population protection and civil defence

Summary

The contract covers the complete first stage of a warehouse investment in Gostycyn for population protection and civil defence. The contractor must demolish existing structures, reconstruct an existing warehouse, build a new warehouse, install internal and external utilities, complete electrical, sanitary, heating, ventilation, telecommunications and monitoring systems, carry out roads, paving, fencing and landscaping, and provide testing, commissioning, as-built documentation and surveying. Works must be coordinated so that the tyre workshop in the reconstructed building can continue operating. The works must be completed by 11 December 2026. Offers are evaluated by price at 60% and the warranty and defect-liability period at 40%; the required minimum period is 24 months and the maximum period counted for scoring is 60 months. The tender guarantee is PLN 17,000 and the successful bidder must provide a performance security equal to 5% of the gross tender price. Applications must be submitted electronically in Polish by 19 September 2026 at 10:00.
