Basque Strategy 2030 for Youth: monitoring and evaluation

Summary

The contract provides technical assistance for the Basque 2030 Youth Strategy, including data collection, processing and analysis related to activities of participating public administrations, the preparation of annual follow-up reports for 2026–2028, the evaluation of the 2026–2028 period, and the design and execution of a participatory device to validate and analyze results. The aim is to improve the effectiveness of youth policies in Euskadi, incorporating gender and intersectional perspectives, ensuring methodological continuity and information management. Deliverables will be prepared in Basque and Spanish to support strategic planning across participating entities.
