Summary

BilbaoTIK’s external systems service tender covers IT infrastructure support for servers and client workstations. The contractor will provide VMware virtualization, hardware management for HPE blade servers, mezzanines, fiber switches and SAN networks, Enterprise storage, Windows and Linux OS management, backup and archiving solutions (Veritas), incident handling, and deployment of software updates. Client workstation services include Windows 8/10/11 installation, configuration and support; SCCM packaging and mass deployment; Ghost/Clonezilla imaging; Office and collaboration tool support; Active Directory and GPO management; VDI-based PC management; incident handling; and deployment of new software versions. The contractor must ensure continuous service, maintenance, incident resolution, migration planning during the contract, and configuration management for connected applications. The contract duration is for 12 months and will include contingency planning, on-site presence up to 25% of tasks, and emergency response within 30 minutes.
