Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for the time-limited provision of GitLab Ultimate Self-Managed licenses to Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft. GitLab Ultimate is required as a self-managed development platform with source-code management, CI/CD pipelines, security and compliance functions. An initial call-off of 1,500 licenses is mandatory, while further call-offs may be made up to a maximum value of EUR 2,087,235.
