Summary

The Municipality of Lliçà de Vall is procuring a comprehensive youth socio-educational and community engagement service for residents aged 12–35. The single, integrated contract covers daily programming and operation of the El Kaliu Youth Centre, educational and leisure activities, youth participation and guidance, community coordination, and monitoring and reporting. It also includes the Lliçà d’Estiu summer programme for up to 90 participants per week for up to six consecutive weeks, plus a flexible hours service. The initial term is 24 months, with a total budget of €274,631.33 excluding VAT.
