Asturex IT Infrastructure, Network and Information Security Support and Maintenance

Summary

The tender concerns comprehensive support and maintenance of Asturex’s IT infrastructure, networks and information security for 48 months, with an option to extend by up to a further 12 months. The work includes user support and incident resolution, preventive and minor evolutionary maintenance, continuous monitoring of servers, virtual machines, networks, security solutions, workstations and information systems, and backup verification. The supplier must also provide hosting for up to three Linux VPS servers (each with at least 8 GB RAM and 100 GB disk storage), at least 200 GB of S3-compatible object storage, and registration, annual renewal and DNS management for up to five .es, .org or .com domain names. Technical maintenance of Asturex’s websites and technical support for Microsoft 365 are also included; the cost of purchasing Microsoft 365 licences is excluded. Cloud servers must be hosted in the European Union and have availability of at least 99.9%. The tender budget is €72,000 excluding VAT (€87,120 including VAT), and the estimated contract value is €90,000. Services will generally be delivered remotely, but the supplier must attend monthly meetings at Asturex’s premises and make site visits when required. At least four hours of documented preventive maintenance must be provided each month. The technical proposal is worth up to 49 points and price up to 51 points; bidders must score at least 24.5 points on the technical criteria to proceed to price evaluation. Bidders must demonstrate annual turnover of at least €90,000 in one of the last three financial years and delivery of similar services worth at least €90,000 in a single year during the last three years. The team must include at least three professionals meeting the specified experience and qualification requirements, and the company must hold a valid National Security Scheme (ENS) conformity certificate at MEDIUM category or higher. The technical proposal must be submitted as a single PDF of no more than 60 pages.
