Summary

The tender concerns the integrated organisation and production of an institutional event on women and technology in Madrid, planned for the second half of November 2026, with up to 250 attendees. The contract covers event planning and coordination, venue provision and set-up, reception and support services, security and cleaning, audiovisual production, streaming, Spanish sign-language interpretation, stage design, signage, accreditation and 250 welcome packs. The key qualification requirements are annual turnover of at least EUR 76,875 in at least one of the last three financial years, a financial institution report covering the last three years, civil liability insurance of at least EUR 300,000 per claim and insurance year, at least three relevant completion certificates of at least EUR 51,250 each, and one event coordinator with at least five years of relevant experience and experience in similar events during the last three years. The bidder must also identify the proposed team and available material resources. The final guarantee is 5% of the awarded amount excluding VAT.
