3D topographic survey of the Pósito de la Corredera, Plaza del Socorro and Arco Bajo buildings

Summary

The contract covers a one-month service for producing a complete 3D topographic survey of three municipal buildings in Córdoba: the Pósito de la Corredera, the house at Plaza del Socorro and the house at Arco Bajo. The work includes indoor and outdoor laser scanning, classical topographic control, ETRS89 UTM30N georeferencing, HDR panoramic imagery, colour point clouds, floor plans, sections, a measurement viewer, a video and the related raw and registration data. The tender is not divided into lots. The base price is EUR 8,580 excluding VAT, or EUR 10,381.80 including 21% VAT. The maximum performance period is one month from contract signature. The contract is awarded using a quality-price approach: the methodological statement is worth up to 30 points, the economic offer up to 40 points and proven comparable experience up to 30 points. A bidder must have the required legal capacity, professional liability insurance, a suitably qualified topographic engineer and relevant recent experience. The bidder must provide the required declarations, registration evidence, qualification and insurance documents, methodological statement, economic offer and evidence of comparable 3D surveying work. The equipment must meet the specified scanning range, resolution, accuracy, coverage, capture speed, HDR, positioning and software requirements.
