The proposed installation must include a 2-tonne vertical cryogenic CO2 tank, gasification equipment, controls, continuous level monitoring and total gasifier capacity of at least 300 Nm3/h. Quality, safety, UNE-EN 936 compliance and emergency-response documents are also required. Technical documentation is assessed as pass or fail. Offers are scored on price up to 80 points, delivery-time reduction up to 10 points and urgent delivery commitment up to 10 points.
