Supply of water-treatment chemicals for the indoor swimming pool and other Formentera facilities

Summary

The tender covers successive deliveries of water-treatment chemicals for the municipal indoor swimming pool and other Consell Insular de Formentera facilities. The supply includes sodium hypochlorite for swimming pools, sodium hypochlorite for human-consumption water and a 40% sulphuric-acid pH reducer. Deliveries will be made on partial orders, mainly to the covered pool and occasionally to other island facilities. The contract lasts four years from signature, has no extension, is not divided into lots and has an estimated value of EUR 37,453 excluding VAT (EUR 45,318.13 including 21% VAT). The estimated annual amount is EUR 9,363.25 excluding VAT, and only quantities actually ordered and delivered will be paid. Price is the only award criterion, with 100 points awarded using an inverse proportional formula. Offers must be submitted electronically by 28 September 2026. The supplier must cover transport, unloading, delivery and removal of reusable or recyclable containers. Each order must normally be delivered within 72 hours. Suppliers must provide the required technical evidence and ensure that the products, packaging, labelling and handling comply with the stated requirements.
