Organisational, assistance and educational follow-up services for the Children and Adolescents Day Centre in Colindres

Summary

The tender concerns a one-year service contract, extendable annually for up to three additional years, for organisational work, assistance and educational and socio-educational follow-up at the Children and Adolescents Day Centre in Colindres. The service is aimed at up to 30 children aged 6–17 and covers daily supervision, educational support, psychosocial and family support, leisure activities, reporting and coordination with social and educational services. Working time is five and a half hours per day: 13:30–19:00 in winter and 09:00–14:30 during holiday and summer periods. The annual tender budget is EUR 64,260 excluding VAT; the estimated contract value is EUR 269,892. The service is VAT-exempt and bids must be submitted electronically within 15 calendar days of publication. The bidder must provide qualified staff, including at least two social educators or equivalent qualified professionals, and meet the financial and technical capacity requirements. The bid must include an operating programme, a staffing and replacement plan, a technical proposal and a financial proposal. Price, the activity programme and technical improvements are evaluated. A final security of 5% of the awarded price excluding VAT and civil liability insurance of at least EUR 300,000 are required from the successful bidder. The contractor must also provide remote-working equipment and platforms, comply with data protection and labour rules, and cover the costs of activities, materials and transport connected with the service.
