In-person specialist firefighter course: basic water rescue technician

Summary

The tender concerns an in-person specialist training course for firefighters in basic water rescue. The course is intended to improve operational skills for moving water, floods and aquatic rescue equipment, with training for up to 150 participants in groups of 20. The course lasts 2 days, or 16 hours, and the contract must be performed within 3 months of signature. The estimated contract value is EUR 22,500, VAT exempt. Price per participant is the only award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically in Spanish, within 15 calendar days from the day after publication of the contract notice, unless the notice states otherwise. Alternatives are not allowed and each bidder may submit only one bid. Bidders must demonstrate relevant water-rescue training experience, recognised training-centre accreditation, qualified instructors and the required financial and technical capacity. The successful bidder must provide a 5% final performance guarantee and submit completion and participant assessment documentation within 7 calendar days after the final training activity.
