First-level audit services for Poctep projects for the Guadiana Eurocity (8th call)

Summary

The tender concerns first-level audit and expenditure-control services for the Guadiana Eurocity’s participation in the projects 0616_GO-EUROCIUDAD-GUADIANA and 0621_GUADIANA_NAUTIC_EXPERIENCE under the POCTEP Interreg VI A programme. The contractor must perform administrative and, where applicable, on-site checks of project expenditure, verify eligibility, supporting records, procurement compliance, delivery, accounting, co-financing, double-funding risks, visibility, accessibility and environmental requirements, and issue the required verification report, checklist, control certificate and, where relevant, a fraud report. The contract is expected to run from 1 September 2026 until the final verification after the planned project end on 31 December 2028. The budget is EUR 5,785.12 excluding VAT and EUR 7,000 including 21% VAT. Price accounts for 90 of 100 points; quality improvements account for up to 10 points.
