Summary

The tender concerns a 24-month service for transporting Renfe Mercancías personnel in the Santander area, using chauffeur-driven vehicles on established and special routes. Services may be requested 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and the provider must guarantee at least 4 simultaneous services. No minimum service volume is guaranteed.
