Summary

The tender concerns the digitisation, identification, archival description and standardised delivery of the Alcobendas Municipal Archive photographic collection. The contractor must safely inspect and handle negatives, slides, paper positives and aerial photographs; digitise them in its own facilities; create preservation masters, access copies and mandatory metadata; perform full internal quality control; and provide secure fortnightly deliveries followed by a final delivery on encrypted SSD media.
