Design and production of multimedia materials on digital accessibility

Summary

The contract covers the design and production of multimedia information and educational materials on digital accessibility for public administration employees: 4 video podcasts, 4 promotional short videos linked to the podcasts, and up to 10 independent short videos on digital accessibility. At least 2 podcasts, 2 linked shorts and 5 independent shorts must be delivered. Podcasts may be up to 30 minutes and shorts up to 60 seconds. The contractor must provide the concepts, scripts, presenters, experts or guests, narrator, recording location, music, recording, editing, post-production and accessibility features, and must deliver materials suitable for publication on the contracting authority’s websites, Facebook and YouTube. The basic contract period is up to 90 calendar days from signature, with an option for additional materials or adaptations. Offers must be submitted electronically by 15 September 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation is based on gross price (60 points) and shortening the delivery period by 14 days (40 points) or 7 days (20 points).
